Mark D. Frost
CTTA Executive Director Mark Frost has designed and implemented creative and successful business solutions for over 30 years. Specializing in small and mid-sized organizations, his experience spans nearly all aspects of business practice. As a business consultant and program development expert, Mark has completed hundreds of business assessments, business plans, and marketing plans for businesses of all sizes, redirecting their outcomes to greater profitability. Combining his deep commitment to cultural transformation with his extensive first hand knowledge of sound business principles, Mark appreciates the structural nature of needed change while understanding that no sustainable business practice is truly sustainable unless it is also profitable. It is this dual understanding that drives his commitment to the profitable development of clean technology in the U.S. and around the world.
Director of Operations
Denise Kelsey’s primary task is to ensure that CTTA runs as smoothly and effectively as possible. She plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of CTTA, helping to establish long term goals and objectives for the organization. Responsibilities include forming policies, managing daily operational activities, and planning the use of materials and human resources toward maximum productivity.
Denise started her professional life as a production/stage manager for an opera company, where she managed conductors, singers, musicians and actors. She has a degree in molecular, cellular & developmental biology and has conducted scientific research in molecular biology and genetics for the University of Washington and the Institute of Experimental Pathology and Molecular Neurobiology at the University of Muenster, Germany. In addition to lab research, she has also done field work in Germany and Russia.
Director of Administration
Dianne Boatwright is involved in every aspect of CTTA's daily operational functions. She plans, directs and coordinates the administrative services for the organization, working to assure the total effectiveness of CTTA and to guide it to long term success. She manages staff and employee relations, and creates and reviews processes and policies.
Dianne has been developing creative tactical solutions within the small business environment for more than 20 years. Throughout her business career, Dianne has honed her skills as a communicator and team builder, effectively training and mentoring coworkers in key operations. With her extensive experience negotiating the everyday real world details of business operations, her hands-on understanding of the startup process, and her passionate commitment to building sustainability through profitable business practices, Dianne has been instrumental in defining the scope and message of CTTA’s project.
Research and Metrics
Joshua assists our team with research projects, preparing presentations, and work process charting. He is also heavily involved in CTTA’s development of services to its member companies and is looking forward to becoming a leader in this important field during this crucial turning point of our modern age. Joshua is a dedicated problem solver and team builder with energizing experience in administration, communications process analysis, customer care, fundraising, logistics and public relations.
Joshua earned a BA in Geography from the University of Washington in 2002. He went on serve in the US Air Force as a communications officer working in information systems management and deployments plans in support of the global war on terrorism. Following his service, he worked in various fields of government contracting where he displayed a talent for identifying the real issues of concern and refining processes.
